Continuing Medical Education Opportunities and Products

The AANEM makes available a wide variety of continuing medical education (CME) credits in EMG and Neuromuscular Medicine topics. You can choose to take online and print CME opportunities from your home or office or enjoy earning CME at our annual meeting while networking with colleagues.

How to obtain CME credits:
  1. Use the links on the right side of this page to select CME products.  (Click the description to view the number of CME available.)
  2. Add specific product to cart.
  3. Checkout
    • Upon checkout an email will be sent directly to you with a CME survey link.
    • Click on the link and complete the survey.  AANEM’s CME transcripts update automatically.
    • Log into www.aanem.org and click View Profile and My CME to print your transcript.

 

CME Statement

The AANEM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Not all products are accredited, so check the description to identify which products have AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM available.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 
Physicians may claim direct credit for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM from the AMA for learning that occurs in relationship to specific activities and AMA PRA Category 2 CreditTM for educational activities not designated for Category 1 through the AMA.  Visit the AMA Website to find a definition of Category 2 CreditTM, criteria and how to apply.
