Code of Conduct: By paying AANEM dues, you certify that you have read the AANEM’s
Guidelines for Ethical Behavior Relating to Clinical Practice Issues in Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Medical Association’s Principles of Medical Ethics and will uphold these guidelines as an AANEM member. You further certify that no determination by a private body or government entity exists declaring that you have violated provisions regulating medical ethics. Your payment confirms that if your conduct conflicts with the standards and principles of the AANEM, you may be subject to appropriate disciplinary action including but not limited to censorship, suspension, or expulsion from AANEM.

• Copy of unexpired medical license
• Active membership only: Diplomate Certificate of your primary American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Board, Canadian equivalent, or Board of the American Osteopathic Association.

* Physicians certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine holding time-limited board certificates must be recertified prior to expiration of their certificate to qualify for Fellow member status.
