Inform your state Board of Medicine if you receive patient reports that contain inaccurate EDX test results.

• Utilize or reference the sample letters as a template: Physician or Non-Physician.
• Send a copy of the inaccurate report with the patient information excluded.
• Send a copy of your correspondence to the AANEM to document unqualified providers in your state.
